Fry a little tuna pieces with salt, olive oil, turning when you start to change color and keeping almost raw inside. Tuna and is separated in the same oil makes a sauce with chopped onion, red pepper, green pepper and garlic. Finally, add the crushed tomato. Add the potatoes and sauté lightly, adding salt. Add fish broth until it covers the potatoes and cook 15 to 20 minutes over low heat. Finally incorporating the tuna and cook 5 to 10 minutes.

Finally the pot is carried into the yard of horses in the Plaza de Toros, where bullfights taste after the third morlaco.
